Everyone enjoys a good time, but this party scene doesn't seem well-aligned with the wholesome atmosphere our Delray officials are trying to foster.

It's particularly concerning that Bounce will be located outside Delray's well-established Entertainment District.

Bounce Conditional Use application pulled - WE CANNOT LET OUR GUARD DOWN!

Here's the letter from the lawyer representing the Bounce nightclub, requesting the withdrawal of their application for the 2:00am Conditional Use from the Commission meeting agenda on February 1. Their action is attributed to “ the outpouring of community feedback ”.  In other words, the large majority of Delray residents do NOT want Conditional Use for Bounce or any other establishment operating a late night hard-partying club outside the established Entertainment District. Thank you all for your strong support on this critical issue!  Your combined efforts, letter writing and personal grievances have been heard - loud and clear.  We must also recognize those Commissioners who had already indicated that their vote would be influenced by the strong opposition from local residents.
